Eczema Treatment Journey in Yr 2007

I was recently on a cruise vacation with my family. While on the vacation, it dawned on me that it was nice that I could soak myself in the sun and have a nice time at the beach, when the ship took a stop in Phuket, Thailand.

My skin has definitely shown a vast improvement since one year ago. I remembered that around this time last year, I had to attend a wedding dinner. My skin was recovering then and I had to wear a shawl to cover up my back, as I was determined to wear my pink bustier gown. Here was the post written last year.

In the last 12 months, I’ve continued to emphasize on the use of natural ways of [tag-tec]eczema treatment[/tag-tec] for myself. My diet has drastically changed. I avoid eating my food triggers like shrimp paste and shellfish. I continue to take dietary supplements so that my skin is no longer as dry as before. Drinking plenty of water is also my daily mantra.
