I’m listing here what is normally included when I go shopping for my [tag-tec]eczema diet[/tag-tec]:

1. Fresh produce is better than those that come from cans.

2. Plenty of raw fruits and vegetables.

3. Organic is preferred.

4. Buy more fatty fish eg. salmon for its Omega-3 oils.

5. Organic Virgin Olive Oil to make your own salad dressing.

6. Manuka Honey.

7. Skip crustaceans, if you have an eczema allergy to them.

8. Choose wholemeal over refined, white flour.

9. Walnuts for Omega-3 fats.

10. Flaxseeds for sprinkling over your food.

11. Herbal teas like chamomile to stimulate relaxation.
