Very often, children get fungal skin infections. After all, they love to walk around in the garden or field or in the playground without their shoes on. It can be quite a nightmare when they get a fungal skin infection for it is hard to get rid of. Such infections can be around for weeks. You may also think that it has disappeared before it starts reappearing again on your child’s skin.
It is important that when your child gets an open cut or wound, clean and take care of it. It is easy to introduce a skin infection when there is an open cut or wound and when you handle it with dirty hands.

Why is an epsom salt bath the next best thing to a sea salt bath for eczema? Epsom salt is actually made up of magnesium sulphate, a type of naturally occurring mineral.
This ingredient helps to reduce skin inflammation, itching and to alleviate pain.
I like taking epsom salt foot baths as I find them therapeutic. It is great for my foot and legs which already has a history of being prone to itching.
