Eczema Newsletter Launches
Filed Under Eczema Treatment | Leave a Comment
I am starting a newsletter titled Eczema Treatment Secrets. Basically, I hope to share more of my exclusive research findings and my personal experience as an eczema sufferer in the newsletter.
My skin condition is improving day by day. I now use a couple of natural methods that I believe is helpful in the healing of my skin.
Itch levels have dropped dramatically. This is not to say that I am 100% itch free. Ocassionally, I still itch. But never as intense. And when I do, I note it down and ask myself if I have done things differently in the last 24 hours. Perhaps it’s food that I ate, dust mites that I was near or some new clothings that I tried out.
I also continue to read about this skin condition. I believe that more research and deeper understanding can help me gain full control of my eczema. My efforts may just pay off to me being eczema free forever!

Your New Year Goal For 2007
Filed Under Eczema Treatment | Leave a Comment
It will be good if you can set a goal to make relaxation a top priority for the year. Relaxation can help prevent “flare-ups” of dermatitis and eczema.
If you have not noticed, you tend to experience an outbreak when you are under stress. Inflammed skin becomes infected with bacterial an mycotic (fungal) type infection when you scratch. You suspicions of a fungal infection are likely to be true especially if you find it hard to clear the condition on your own.
Plan more frequent breaks, learn to look at the big picture of things and don’t sweat the small stuff. As a mother of two, I have learned to prioritize the many tasks at hand and to close one eye so that I do not get too bothered with things that do not really matter.
If you find it tough to relax, then you will need to set aside dedicated time to do so. Set yourself this goal for the new year!
